With FlexPrintyou can request service 1 of 3 ways:

 

• Request Service by Email – Send an email to [email protected] . Reference the FlexPrint ID# on your printer and provide a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

• Request Service Online – Visit our website at www.FlexPrintinc.com and select “Request Service/Repair” under the Customer Tools section on our Home page.

 

• Request Service by Phone – Dial the FlexPrint # as seen on the FlexPrint ID tag on your printer. Ask to speak to a Dispatcher in our Service Department.       Reference the FlexPrint ID# on your printer and provide a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

 

***If your printer cannot be triaged over the phone a technician will be dispatched to your location. FlexPrint is committed to an average four hour response time.***
