What is included in my FlexPrint Service Maintenance contract?


  • Toner for all metered/laser devices on program

FlexPrint-Toner

  • Guaranteed delivery of supplies and successful servicing of all hardware throughout the life of the contract during normal business hours (8:00AM – 5:00PM)

FlexPrint Hardware Guarantee

  • Free recycling/shipping for used toner cartridges

FlexPrint Cartridge Recycle

  • Labor and parts for all service calls placed on covered devices.
  • Guaranteed four hour response time, on average, for all service requests
  • Guarantee that each service call will be completed in a timely manner using a Total Call Process to verify proper functionality of all major components
  • On request, FlexPrint will provide you with our Service Performance Reports showing our overall service rating as a proven leader in the service industry
  • Training on the operation and functions of any new equipment during the installation period

 

What is not included in my FlexPrint Service Maintenance contract?

 The following items discuss certain services that are not provided under your service maintenance contract but may be available upon request at an additional charge based on current rates:

  • Staples or Paper
  • Equipment Moves – within 1 office or from 1 office to another
  • Paper Trays
  • Damage to machine that occurred during an equipment move if not performed by FlexPrint Inc.
  • After hours service
  • Network and Connectivity issues not related to hardware after 30 days of the initial equipment installation. FlexPrint does offer a separate provision for Managed IT Services including issues such as disaster recovery, file or application errors, driver incompatibilities, connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
