Existing Equipment Implementation/Rollout


At the out-set of the on-boarding phase you will be contacted by a FlexPrint Project Manager (PM)

PM-Checklist-Asset-Only

  • Our PM will work with you to establish date(s)/time(s) for our Customer Integration Technicians (CIT) to arrive on site to tag and inspect your existing fleet

FlexPrint Printer Cleaning

  • During the tag/inspection, our CITs will also perform preventative maintenance cleanings on all devices ensuring proper functionality, eliminating any toner spills or debris from paper paths, and replacing high mortality parts showing excessive wear

Approximately 15 minutes of downtime per device can be expected to ensure proper tag/inspect/clean.

  • Upon completion of the CIT visit, all paperwork will be submitted to FPI Administration for data entry

  • You will be contacted once more by our PM to follow up on Customer Satisfaction following the on-boarding process. At this time a survey will be provided giving you the opportunity to give FlexPrint your feedback during this critical phase of the program.
