FlexPrint has made it easy to communicate any changes to your existing printer/copier fleet.
Equipment Updates include items such as:
- Requesting to Add a New Device to Contract
- Requesting to Remove a Device from Contract
- Notifying FlexPrint of internal Equipment Moves or End-User Reassignment
- Providing Address Changes
With FlexPrint you can request an update 1 of 2 ways:
- Simply email [email protected] to notify our Operations Team of the changes you have made.
When you send an email requesting an Equipment Update you will need to provide the following information:
- FlexPrint Equipment ID#
- Device Configuration Report
- Brief description of requested update
- Provide Inventory Update Online – Visit our website at www.FlexPrintinc.com and select “Account Updates and Equipment Moves” under the Customer Tools section on our Home page.
