Most of the cartridges you receive will have a prepaid UPS shipping label in the box. Simply place the old/used cartridge in the new box and place the return label on the box.

 If you are missing a shipping label, you can print a prepaid shipping label by visiting our website at www.FlexPrintinc.com and follow the “Customer Tools” link at the top right of the page.

Once you arrive at the separate Customer Tools Page, just check the “Recycle Toner” option and fill in the pertinent information to download a free shipping label.
